Through our system for management of quality, the environment and safety, we want to emphasize our continuous focus on satisfying the requests of our users and the entire community, while also fulfilling all prerequisites for continuously improving all processes within the organization.

The system for management of quality, the environment and safety implemented in our organization is based on the international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 18001:2007 and it is aimed at fully meeting the requirements for quality services and processes, while at the same time protecting the environment, conserving natural resources and ensuring safety at work.

Phrixus has a Code of Ethics in force which sets forth basic guidelines for ethical behavior of the company.

The provisions of the Code of Ethics include standards and norms, a code of conduct, compliance with specific moral and ethical principles which Phrixus employees must abide by while performing their everyday tasks and responsibilities.

The Code of Ethics represents a minimal common value system for our company.

By defining ethics criteria, we contribute to the transparency and efficiency of our business and our quality relationships with the business sector in which we perform our services.

We are all responsible for respecting the Code of Ethics and all of our managers are responsible for carrying out the Code of Ethics within their organizational units. All employees of Phrixus must ensure that the ethics rules are accepted and implemented in business operations.

Encouraging ethical behavior within the organization is achieved by defining and publishing a Code of Conduct; through the positive examples of management; and by identifying and resolving potential ethics problems in an early phase.
